The Sixth Submarine Flotilla was a formation of submarines of the Royal Navy.

It served with "C" class submarines in Home and Atlantic Waters from the start of the war through September, 1916 when it exchanged designations with another flotilla, placing it from thereafter with a variety of submarines supporting the Portsmouth Defence Flotilla. From September 1916 through mid-1917, it helped by preparing "K" class boats for service in the Twelfth Submarine Flotilla and Thirteenth Submarine Flotilla.
