Richard Greville Arthur Wellington Stapleton-Cotton, M.V.O. ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Stapelton-Cotton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1913.

He assumed command of the heavy cruiser Berwick in April 1918.[1]

He was appointed in command of the armoured cruiser Carnarvon on 5 September, 1918.[2]

He was appointed in command of the battleship Centurion in March 1921.[Citation needed]
