Admiral SIR Aubrey Clare Hugh Smith, K.B.E., C.B., D.L., K.C.V.O. (22 September 1872 – 6 October 1957) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Aubrey was born in London.
He was appointed command of the heavy cruiser Cumberland on 1 May, 1912.[1]
He was made captain of battleship H.M.S. Ramillies on 7 May 1920,[2] handing her off in January 1921.[3]
