Admiral Edward Francis Bruen (7 November, 1866 – 22 November, 1952) C.B., was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.
Bruen was a dreadnought captain during the First World War, commanding the Bellerophon at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. After the battle he was appointed to command the new battleship HMS 'Resolution.
