Captain R.N.R. (retired) Orry Andrew de Lissa Cowin, R.D. (20 September, 1871 – 15 January, 1953) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Cowin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 17 February, 1900.[1]
Cowin was promoted to the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 3 March, 1913.[2]
Cowin was promoted to the rank of Captain R.N.R. in recognition of his wartime service, dated 11 November, 1918.[3]
