Captain (retired) James Ferris Prowse, (1833 – 15 September, 1903) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Prowse was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 3 February, 1855.
Prowse was promoted to the rank of Commander on 11 April, 1866.
Prowse was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 14 June, 1883.
