Temporary Lieutenant Roger Mostyn Herbert-Smith, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Herbert-Smith was promoted to the rank of temporary Lieutenant on 1 March, 1942.[1]
Herbert-Smith received the Commander Egerton Prize.
