Commander Mark Fogg-Elliott, D.S.O., R.N. (30 September, 1898 – 14 May, 1950) served in the Royal Navy. One of two Service Records has his name as "Fogg-Elliot", and seems purposeful about it, having corrected his father's name from "Fogg-Elliott". I chose the doubled "t", as the Navy Lists seem to use it.
