Chief Gunner William Percy English, R.N. (20 August, 1867 – 16 January, 1914) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
English was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 11 March, 1896.
English was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 1 April, 1912. He was pensioned as medically unfit due to tuberculosis on 1 May, 1913.
