Lieutenant-Commander Thomas Cumming, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Cumming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 January, 1939.
Cumming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 January, 1947.
He retired on 16 February, 1948.
