Commander Edward Harry Fletcher Boughey, R.N., Retired (25 August, 1878 – 20 December, 1953) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Norwich and raised by his mother.
On 3 October 1899, his name was removed from the List of Royal Naval officers for misconduct. It was restored on 21 December, although he'd be subjected to monthly reports. Boughey expressed his gratitude.
Boughey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with seniority of 31 December, 1900.
