Commander (retired) Laurence Anthony Bell, (9 June, 1842 – 1 December, 1907) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 7 February, 1863.
Bell retired at the rank of Commander on 12 August, 1875.
