Lieutenant Frank Douglas Holford, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Holford was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 January, 1938. Holford received the Beaufort Testimonial, the Commander Egerton Prize and the Goodenough Medal.
