Commander George Philip Sevier Davies, O.B.E. (29 April, 1904 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.

Life & Career

Davies was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 May, 1927.[1]

Davies was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 May, 1935.[2]

World War II

Davies was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1942.[3]

Retired on account of age on 29 April, 1954.[4]
