Commander (retired) Ralph Handcock, O.B.E., R.N. (22 May, 1891 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Dr. George Handcock.
Handcock was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 28 February, 1913.
Handcock was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 28 February, 1921.
Handcock was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 22 May, 1934.
