Rear-Admiral Malcolm Raphael Joseph Maxwell-Scott, D.S.O. (22 October, 1883 – 23 February, 1943) served in the Royal Navy. One Service Record has his middle names in reverse order.

The son of The Honourable Joseph Maxwell-Scott, J.P. was born in Abbotsford, Roxburgh, N.B..
