Rear Admiral Charles Jackson Train (14 May, 1845 – 4 August, 1906) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Train was promoted to the rank of Acting Midshipman on 28 November, 1861.[1]
Train was promoted to the rank of Midshipman on 16 July, 1862.[2]
Train was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant (Junior Grade) on 1 November, 1866.[3]
Train was promoted to the rank of Master on 1 December, 1866.[4]
Train was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 March, 1868.[5]
Train was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander on 30 June, 1869.[6]
Train was promoted to the rank of Commander on 17 January, 1886.[7]
Train was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 November, 1898.[8]
