Commander Cecil Athos Newcome Chatwin, D.S.O. (10 March, 1898 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of solicitor H. F. Chatwin, Esq..
Chatwin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1919.[1]
Chatwin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1927.[2]
Chatwin was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1933.[3]
