Admiral SIR Frank Roddam Twiss, K.C.B., K.C.V.O., D.S.C. (7 July, 1910 – 27 January, 1994) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Twiss was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1932.
Twiss was awarded the Commander Egerton Prize for passing the best examination in practical Gunnery when qualifying for Gunnery Lieutenant.
