Lieutenant-Commander Seton Stenart Crichton Mitchell, (9 March, 1902 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Mitchell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1923.
Mitchell was awarded the Commander Egerton Prize for 1928 for passing the best examination in practical Gunnery when qualifying for Gunnery Lieutenant.
