H.M.S. Fowey was one of eight Shoreham Class sloops completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Fowey was re-commissioned at Colombo on 16 July, 1932.[4]
Re-commissioned on 1 November 1934 for service in the Persian Gulf.[5]
Re-commissioned on 17 November, 1936.[6]
