H.M.S. Oswald was one of six Odin Class submarines completed for the Royal Navy.
Service
Commissioned on 1 March, 1929 for service with the Third Submarine Flotilla on the China Station,[3] remaining there until at least early 1933.[4]
By mid-1937, she was with the Fourth Submarine Flotilla on the China Station.[5]
