Commander (retired) Douglas Henry Fryer, (26 November, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Fryer was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1918.[1]
Fryer was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1925.[2]
