H.M.S. Wivern was one of fifteen Modified "W" Class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

She was re-commissioned on 6 July, 1923 for service with the Third Destroyer Flotilla in the Mediterranean.[6]

She completed to full complement on 31 July, 1925.[7]
