Commander Everard Ellison Maxwell, R.N. (1 January, 1851 – 9 February, 1892) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Maxwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 February, 1875.
Maxwell was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1890.
Having been suffering from heart disease since early 1886, Maxwell was finally retired as physically unfit on 20 April, 1891, destined to die within a year.
