Arthur MacArthur III (1 June, 1876 – 2 December, 1923) served in the United States Navy.
His younger brother was General Douglas MacArthur. His name is often erroneously given as Arthur MacArthur, Jr. (his father, a general officer in the United States Army) or as Arthur MacArthur, his grandfather and a politician.
Life & Career
MacArthur died of appendicitis in 1923, aged just 47.
