Geoffrey Nepean Biggs ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Biggs was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1906.[1]
Biggs was appointed in command of the submarine C 16 on 20 November, 1913.[2]
