Clarence Walter Eyre Trelawny ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Trelawny was appointed in command of the destroyer Spitfire on 17 June, 1913.[1] He was her captain at the Battle of Jutland, fighting as part of the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla and colliding in night action with the German battleship Nassau while sustaining tremendous damage.[2]
He was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Hermione on 30 August, 1919.[3]
